Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
This role requires deep technical expertise, strong understanding of ITSM processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Role Details
Position Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Holiday Schedule: United States holidays
Contract Duration: 12 months (estimated)
Start Date: ASAP
Language Requirement: Advanced English
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
Professional Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows in alignment with business and IT objectives.
Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow components, including:
Business Rules
UI Policies
UI Scripts
Client Scripts
Notifications
Design and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs to ensure seamless interoperability with external systems.
Configure, enhance, and maintain core ServiceNow modules, including:
Incident Management
Problem Management
Change Management
Service Catalog
Ensure all implementations comply with internal security standards, governance policies, and ITIL best practices.
Plan and execute platform upgrades while ensuring system stability, performance, and scalability.
Partner with ITSM process owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for ServiceNow-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in:

Event Management

Micro-Certifications (Preferred):

Predictive Intelligence
Professional Profile
Demonstrated experience delivering complex ServiceNow implementations in large-scale or enterprise environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability and ownership.
Experience operating in international, distributed teams and supporting US-based business operations.
