We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst – CRM, BI & Data to support initiatives related to CRM, Business Intelligence, data, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
The ideal candidate will connect business and technical teams, translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, documentation, and UAT scenarios. Strong experience with CRM platforms, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, data requirements, Agile/Scrum, stakeholder management, and business validation is required.
Responsibilities
Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and interviews with business and technical stakeholders.
Gather, analyze, document, validate, and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, business rules, functional specifications, and UAT scenarios.
Manage product backlogs and support sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, release planning, UAT, and defect triage.
Define CRM requirements for sales, service, case management, customer journeys, workflows, fields, forms, integrations, security, and reporting.
Gather BI and Power BI requirements for dashboards, reports, KPIs, analytics, scorecards, data sources, refresh frequency, security, and acceptance criteria.
Document data requirements, mappings, flows, source systems, integrations, data lineage, validation rules, and data quality needs.
Collaborate with Product Owners, CRM consultants, developers, architects, BI developers, data engineers, business leaders, and technical teams.
Support validation of CRM enhancements, Power BI dashboards, reports, integrations, data solutions, and AI-enabled initiatives.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role.
Experience managing requirements in complex or cross-functional technology environments.
Experience with CRM platforms; Microsoft Dynamics 365 is strongly preferred.
Experience with CRM processes, workflows, business rules, customer journeys, integrations, forms, fields, security, and reporting.
Experience gathering requirements for Power BI, BI dashboards, reports, KPIs, analytics, and self-service BI.
Experience with data sources, data flows, data mapping, data quality, data lineage, integrations, relational data concepts, and analytical outputs.
Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, business rules, and UAT scenarios.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. English B2 or higher preferred.

Experience with Dynamics 365 modules, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SQL Server, Azure SQL, data warehouses, data lakes, ETL/ELT, APIs, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Databricks, SSIS, data modeling, data governance, AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, generative AI, or related certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, PSPO, PSM, Power BI Data Analyst, or Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
